Now,yes now, it is finally your chance to really see the Trees for the Forest!
Come to the Elkton Art Center tonight (135 East Main Street in dazzling downtown Elkton MD) and celebrate the glory of gymnosperms, be awestruck at the apicality of angiosperms and just generally get back in touch with our Triassic forbears.
There will be scrumptious treelike refreshments to gnaw on & there will be loverly music by Chuck Hitman & it is a chance to see some of the excellent and varied artwork displayed by close to 50 artist...the blaze-of-color piece with the totally sturdy frame is by Dorothy Shaffer.
Pick up a schedule of events, get the skinny on other art shows in the county, and pay homage to Yggdrasil. (It can't hurt, now can it?)
